Why They Attack the Hindu Concept of God? EVERY HINDU ASKS ME THIS QUESTION: WHY RIGHT WING CHRISTIANS AND MOSLEMS ATTACK HINDUS and HINDUISM REGARDING THE WORSHIP OF GOD IN HINDUISM????? ANSWER: BECAUSE GOD SAID HE IS A JEALOUS GOD IN THE HOLY BIBLE: Have you ever thought, why JEHOVAH God said in the Holy Bible..."I AM A JEALOUS GOD"? You may ask, WHY GOD HAS TO SAY THAT HE IS A JEALOUS GOD...WHY THE GOD HAS TO SAY THAT YOU SHOULD NOT WORSHIP ANY OTHER GOD. [EX. 20:1_3] WHY A GOD HAS TO SAY THAT HE IS THE ONLY WAY? The answer is crystal clear in history. TO GET
THE ANSWER, ONE HAS TO STUDY JEWISH HISTORY LIKE I DID. I have done
a lot of research and discussed with many to arrive at the following conclusions. 2 Four thousand years before Jesus Christ, there was no word HEBREW in the world. Believe it or not, the word HEBREW means wanderers. 3 Hebrew language originated from the Canaanite language. Being nomads or wanderers is the reason why, Jews became captive under different kings through out world history. 4 Jews always worshiped many gods and even after their departure from Egypt, Jews worshiped many gods like BAAL and EL and even Egyptian gods until as well as after Moses met Jehovah on the mountain top. Old Testament states that Moses killed every one who worshiped any other God than Jehovah [NUM. 31:1,2,7,9,10,15].. All through the Jewish history, even after Moses met Jehovah God, one can see that Jehovah God, constantly fighting for territorial rights among Jews, against Canaanite gods like BAAL & EL , Egyptian, Babylonian and Roman gods. In fact, after Moses came down from the Mountain meeting Jehovah God , Jews used to worship Canaanite gods like BAAL. The symbol of BAAL is Bull. Moses in fact, destroyed the two stone tablets bearing TEN COMMANDMENTS he received from God on the mountain top, when he saw Jews still worshiping Canaanite gods.[ You will see Moses-Charlton Hesston breaking the Ten Commandments tablets even in the movie Ten Commandments] Relics of many gods is seen in the early parts of the Bible. Later in Old Testament, under Moses Jews ordered every one to worship Jehovah and Jews cannot stand the mere mention of God other than JEHOVAH GOD. That is the reason why, they were dead against apostles calling Jesus Christ as GOD or SON OF GOD. MANY GODS IN THE HOLY
BIBLE: There were more than one divine being, together
they were called ELOHIM. THEY WERE NOT THE SYMBOLISM OF TRINITY, EVEN
THOUGH MANY THEOLOGIANS TRY TO TEACH PARISHIONERS THAT. During Genesis
period nobody knew about Jesus Christ. Theologians had no concept of TRINITY
during Old Testament period. In fact, there is no word TRINITY in the
entire Bible. According to Joshua 22:22 states, GOD OF GODS IS YAHWEH, GOD; GOD OF GODS IS YAHWEH. It is the constant fight for EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS on the part of Jehovah that made Moses to ORDER ISRAELITES TO KILL MIDIANITES, BURN THEIR CITIES, KILL ALL MALE CHILDREN, TO KEEP ALL VIRGIN MIDIANITES WOMEN FOR THE USE OF ISRAELI SOLDIERS. [NUM 31:1,2,7,9,10,15]. Apart from that, please note that Moses used to wear a crown with BULL HORN, a sign of connection of Jews with BAAL, god of Canaanites. Apart from Canaanite gods, JEHOVAH God was also in fight with Egyptian gods. King Solomon according to history had 700 wives and 300 concubines. It so happened one of them was a daughter of a EGYPTIAN PHARAOH. She brought all her Egyptian gods and once again, Jews started worshiping those Egyptian gods also. EXCLUSIVENESS OF GOD That is the reason why Jews went after Jesus Christ when his apostles called him GOD or SON OF GOD. Jews never had any ill will towards Christ until his apostles call him GOD or SON OF GOD. After Christianity came out of Judaism, still fights over EXCLUSIVENESS IN GODHEAD continued among Jews, Moslems and Christians. Even today, Hindus see Jesus Christ as an incarnation of God. But Judaism which is the MOTHER of Christianity sees CHRIST ONLY AS A LEARNT RABBI. Islam also sees Christ as a prophet, even though there are many reference about Christ in KORAN. ISLAM as the first cousin of Christianity sees
Christ only as A PROPHET. Moslems, Christians, and Jews will unluckily
fight on for centuries, since all of them hang on to MONOPOLY ON GOD,
ETHICS AND MORALITY. In a way, fight over Jerusalem will trigger the THIRD
WORLD WAR. When I published my book, AM I A HINDU? by Halo Books, San Francisco [ 415_981_5144 415_388_7206 ISBN 1_879904_06_3]. , I sent a complimentary copy to Dr. Annenberg Theological Society for their evaluation. They wrote me back, "JEHOVAH IS GREATER THAN BRAHMAN. From that I concluded that many do not understand the universality of God. Jehovah is similar to Brahman in the Hindu Vedas. Both are nameless, times
less, formless. The correct name of Jehovah is YAHWEH. YAHWEH is written
as YHWH, which was not supposed to be a spoken aloud. In the Old Testament
alone God has 6 names. The most common is YAHWEH appearing 6,832 times.
ELOHIM occurs 2,700 times. Other names are JEHOVAH, SHADDAI [who lives
on Mountains], JAH, EL, ELOAH, ELYON, ADON etc. The Bible is full of wonderful
attributes to God, such as God is immutable, eternal, omniscient, omnipresent
etc. Hindu scriptures give God thousand names [SAHASRANAMA]. D. In fact, Roman governor Pilate was baffled to
see ardent desire of Jews to see Jesus Christ executed. As far as Pilate
is concerned, calling oneself GOD or SON OF GOD does not matter at all,
since there are thousands of gods and semi-gods in Rome and Greece during
that time. That is why governor Pilate literally ‘washed his hands
off’ from the execution of Jesus Christ according to verses in the
New Testament. F All those reasons I quoted above made Jews to go after Jesus Christ. To me, Jesus Christ and his ever lasting statements belong to every one, every where, like the words of Krishna and Buddha. Once again, when he said I AM THE WAY, he is telling to the world that HE IS INDEED JEHOVAH GOD WHO SAID TO MOSES, "I AM WHAT I AM." His words LOVE THY ENEMY echoes in every religion in the world. What Christ has achieved by THOSE THREE WORDS is unbelievable. There are volumes of occultist literature in Hinduism about that. If people understand my argument, everyone including Mormons, Jehovah Witness, Jews, Moslems will understand and appreciate the divinity of Christ. When he said I AM, he is indeed representing JEHOVAH, BRAHMAN etc. He is Christ to Christians, Krishna to Hindus, Buddha to Buddhists. Once again, I want to show to the world JESUS CHRIST has to be treated as an AVATAR [ incarnation of God on earth] and if there was a word like that in Jewish history, apostles would have used that word, instead of using words like, GOD and SON OF GOD. Christ would not have even used words like KING and KINGDOM [which put him in deep trouble] if there were words like ELECTROMAGNETISM, DNA etc to convey very subtle truths to the mankind. Through out all religions, I come across SUBTLE TRUTHS LIMITED DUE TO LIMITATION OF LANGUAGES. TRINITY CONCEPT OF GOD MY ANSWER: NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. THEY BELIEVED IN
MANY GODS. They have no concept of TRINITY. All cultures initially were
worshiping many gods. MONISM WAS THE RESULT SLOWLY DEVELOPED THINKING
PROCESS IN THE MAN. 2. In the sixty six books of the Holy Bible, there is no word TRINITY. 3. Catholic Encyclopedia admits: THE DOCTRINE OF TRINITY IS NOT TAUGHT IN THE OLD TESTAMENT. THE REVELATION OF THE TRUTH OF THE TRIUNE LIFE OF GOD WAS FIRST MADE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT. 4. The only place in the Gospels where three divine personalities of God is explicitly mentioned is in the St. Matthew's account of Christ's last command to the apostles, GO THEREFORE, AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS, BAPTIZING THEM IN THE NAME OF FATHER, AND THE SON, AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT [MAT 28:19] The New Catholic Encyclopedia adds that devotion to Trinity had begun in monasteries at Aniane and Tours, in the 8th century. 5. According to the SCHAFF_HERZOG ENCYCLOPEDIA, TRINITY was not established until 363 A.D. It says that TRINITY is the result of three centuries of doctrinal development. 6. Jehovah Witness on their part is very critical of TRINITY. They have a booklet available by name SHOULD YOU BELIEVE IN TRINITY attacking the whole concept of Trinity. According to them FATHER ALONE IS GOD _ which is an impersonal force and CHRIST IS AN ANGEL CREATED BY GOD. 7. TRINITY is part and parcel of many religions
such as Babylonian religions, Greek religions apart from Hinduism. In
Hinduism Trinity appears as LORD BRAHMA, LORD VISHNU and LORD SIVA. In
Greek mythology, TRINITY appears as ZEUS, ATHENA, and APOLLO. In Pagan
religions of Rome, Trinity appears as JUPITER, JUNO, and MINERVA. In Egyptian
civilization the same triad appears as OSIRIS, ISIS, and HORUS. 9. The person who fought for TRINITY doctrine was St. AUGUSTINE, who had an unusual passion for Greek Platonic philosophy. It was he who explained TRINITARIAN concept as, "For the sake of describing things ineffable that we may be able in some way to express what we are in no way able to express fully, OUR GREEK FRIENDS HAVE SPOKEN OF ONE ESSENCE AND THREE SUBSTANCES, but the Latins of one essence or substance and three persons." WHO ACTUALLY STARTED THE
TRINITY CONCEPT? THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST
IN THE OLD TESTAMENT WHICH CAME BEFORE THE BIRTH OF CHRIST, EXCEPT THE
WORD IMMANUEL [THE GOD WITH US]. 2. Normally,
Jews should have been very happy to see the fulfillment of the prophecy
of St. Isaiah. Instead Jewish Pundits had an aversion of Christ and his
mission. They did not respect Christ, since they did not SEE ANY SIGNS
mentioned by St. Isaiah in Christ. St. Isaiah also said that HE WON'T
ANY CUMLING TO ATTRACT MEN. In fact they thought Jesus is an impostor
to take over the kingdom of David. 3. John's gospel [HE IS THE APOSTLE OF LOVE] might have been written during 1st AD or came long after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. So, believe me all the things John wrote came after the birth of Christ and it is understandable that he wrote IN VERY GLOWING TERMS ABOUT HIS MASTER, WHO TO HIM IS THE PERSONIFICATION OF ALMIGHTY. 4. Theologians are still debating who wrote the Revelation. REVELATION AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IS A VERY SYMBOLICAL BOOK. It is stated that it was written at PATMOS, an island in the Aegean sea, during severe Roman persecution. May be during the time of emperor NERO [64_68 AD].
